I saw Nurse Clare to have my ears syringed. After suffering for a few days with blocked ears and muffled sounds I walked away from the procedure feeling totally elated. Every single sound was crystal clear. Thank you Nurse Clare!!

The receptionists are always very helpful, kind and cheerful. I never seem to have a problem getting the appointment that I need, it may not be ideal all the time to get a phone call but at least I know I can get to speak to a doctor within an hour and I will then get to discuss my concerns. It’s easier to get a normal routine appointment with the doctor I want too, as I can book online or by using the telephone system so I don’t need to speak to anyone directly if I don’t want to or if I can’t talk privately out loud when I’m at work or on the school run. I find all the Doctors to be kind, caring and very helpful. Dr Pattinson and Dr Oliver are my favourites but if I can’t get an appointment with either of them for any reason then I am more than happy to see someone else.

I saw Dr Pattinson on two occassions and she was a lovely doctor who helped me out very much. Dr Pattinson was informative and gave me other options to help me make my decision. I have been with Parkwood Drive for over 13 years and have always found the staff helpful and friendly. Dr Solomon has helped me out many times and found the doctors are fantastic. Sadly the only downfall I find now is getting an appointment. I fully understand there are times you don't really need to see a GP and a telephone call back is better but this are not best way to fully explain what you feel when you are ill. Also trying to take a call from a doctor in the office is not always easy and if you miss the call then its another waiting game.
